Covid Compliance Email for Southampton

Just got an email from WHU you have to click the link and fill out covid info with your Client Ref number.
It says they will only send out tickets to people who have completed the form so make sure you and your lot all do it.

Thanks for your email. Please be assured that this is merely a box ticking exercise so we can tell everyone we are taking our responsibility seriously while at the same time ensuring no one will miss out on a fun packed day at the London Stadium just because they have Covid or have not had the vaccine.
It really is a win-win situation!
We'll be sending out tickets as per "business as usual", so it doesn't matter whether supporters have bothered completing the Covid declaration form or not. In fact, this is going to be so "business as usual" that we'll even be sending tickets to the wrong people and in some cases not sending tickets out at all.
On the day of the match we'll be conducting Covid checks on all supporters in the same robust way in which we carry out our normal security checks. Therefore in the highly unlikely event that a supporter is asked to show a Covid passport or negative LFT test, a QR code for a Hermes returns label will suffice.
I hope this reassures you that we are taking no chances with this whole Covid thingamajig and the wellbeing of our supporters
is always of paramount importance to us, at least as far as it goes.
We look forward to welcoming all of our fans to our first home Boxing Day fixture at the London Stadium since we moved here 6 years ago. I'm sure they'll be rewarded with an excellent performance and 3 points in the bag.

box ticking exercise. mind you, the security checks at the ground are the definition of ineffective. Just smuggle what you want to bring in in your socks.

I got asked, but there was no real scrutiny as to what I showed. Could've been any pixel code from anyone or anywhere. And as master said, they were just marking a piece of paper with 5 bar tally marks. Leaves a lot of questions to be asked, which obviously won't be as there seems to be a coercion strategy in place. Load of bollocks.

Did it make any difference whatsoever? If you get your ticket either way, what's the point?
4 gimps in purple vests asking you to shown a QR code that they can't actually read and then adding a tally mark on a sheet on paper... Any point to that?

Received the form after 6pm on Tuesday and my season ticket email at 10 past 4 today.
Hopefully this gross over reaction to a piss poor variant will be gone by the next home match.

Hi Nicola,
Would you be able to give me an update which I could get out to our members please.
Some claim they have not received the declaration form,others that they have sent it but have not received confirmation.One even claims he didnt complete it but has been sent a ticket anyway!
We did post link to the declaration on our facebook page and EMailed it to members in an effort to assist.
We have also advised members that the deadline was removed and that supporters could confirm details to the club over the phone, but members are claiming they cannot get through .
An update would be greatly appreciated.

They've now sent an email saying if you fail to complete the form you may be denied entry.

I arrived at about an hour before kick off and they were checking match tickets and covid passes for each supporter prior to entry at the away turnstiles.

I received my email with tickets attached at about 1.30pm today. However, my Mrs phoned the ticket office prior to receiving them and they said that the emails will be sent in any case, even if details of each season ticket holder hadn’t been put on the COVID forms 🤷🏼♂️

Forced compliance. I see nothing from the Govt that this needs to be done. Trusting you to attend with a Covid pass should be enough with spot checks. You can lie on the form about your status and what you promise to do.
